What is processed
When you generate a brief, BriefLoom sends the requirements and constraints you submit to the Anthropic Messages API through a server-side endpoint. Do not submit secrets, credentials, personal data, or confidential material you are not authorized to process.
Storage
The open-source BriefLoom application does not intentionally save submitted requirements or generated briefs to an application database. Hosting infrastructure and Anthropic may process operational data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
API credentials
The Anthropic API credential is stored server-side and is never intentionally included in browser code or returned in an API response.
Open-source software
You may inspect or self-host the application from its public repository. A self-hosted operator controls its own infrastructure, credentials, retention, and compliance obligations.
